Description

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive to generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries.

An IT inside sales executive is responsible for selling IT products and services to clients, usually over the phone or through email. They work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and with the technical team to understand the products and services they are selling.

The job duties of an IT inside sales executive may include:
Contacting potential customers to introduce them to IT products and services.
Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to their requirements.
Collaborating with the technical team to gain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
Closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Managing and maintaining customer relationships.
Developing and executing sales plans and strategies.
Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

To be successful in this role, an IT inside sales executive should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of IT products and services. They should also be able to work well in a team, have good time management skills, and be able to handle a high-pressure environment.
